Bob, a worn-out refugee from corporate America, is now hiding out in the Chihuahuan Desert. He worked his way through community college during and after a five-year stint in the U.S. Marine Corps before spending forty plus years slaving away (as I’m sure he will tell you) in executive positions at Intel, Digital and Unisys. He took up creative writing as a retirement hobby and says he writes just to consume space on his hard drive but I think he secretly hopes that someone might actually read and enjoy his ramblings. See what you think.

Hello Bob
We enjoyed your talk on Saturday ,and I’m mostly through your book (which I neglected to ask you to autograph) , but I also neglected to copy down your email address (short-term memory is getting shorter and shorter……), to take you up on your offer of a digital copy of the 1916 Dr. Parker book (he makes an oh so brief appearance in your book, eh ?)…… I love original sources……
After the talk on Saturday, reading the book on the roof deck (cigar firmly attached)on Sunday, I had to smile…. you write like you talk, even the cadence comes through (and I mean that as a compliment) …. Keep writing, Lad ! (we’re in Deming, what the hell else are you going to do, ski ?)
Peace
